GreenTec featured in Kevin P. Hoffman’s “Eine etwas andere Starthilfe für Afrika” in “Der Tagesspiegel”

Frankfurt (Germany), October 2018. GreenTec is pleased to report that we have been featured in an article by Kevin P. Hoffman in “Der Tagesspiegel”. The article titled “Eine etwas andere Starthilfe für Afrika” (A slightly different jump start for Africa), is published in context of the G20 Investment Summit set for tomorrow on October 30th, 2018, in Berlin. It presents the case for supporting policies promoting investment into the African entrepreneurial segment to achieve development and policy goals.

GreenTec’s CFO, Thomas Festerling was quoted for the piece, providing his opinion how to overcome some of the barriers how to support entrepreneurship in Africa as well as some background on GreenTec’s portfolio and innovative investment strategy.

The G20 Investment summit brings together representatives of the “Compact with Africa” countries with German Businesses and industries and will be opened by Chancellor Merkel and attended by many African countries leader’s and delegations.
