NOK360’s FreeConnect gains uptake traction with first clients.

Lagos (Nigeria) and Frankfurt (Germany), July 2019. GreenTec Capital Partners is very pleased to report that NOK360 is gaining traction with its FreeConnect service in the Nigerian market. After its successful POC pilot in Q1 2019, the company is attracting its first clients including FCMB, a prominent Nigerian financial institution.

NOK360’s FreeConnect service provides users with free call time in return for listening to brief marketing messages. The FCMB campaign ran for 15 days and generated impressive 18,449 impressions and more than 5,000 unique engagements. The campaign showed strong traction with users with an average of 337 daily new years and more than 380 returning users. The strong retention rate shows promising uptake among Nigerian mobile users and further confirms the value proposition of the FreeConnect service.
