The Beer Garage Accelerator Program of AB InBev Selected Amitruck to Join its 2021 Accelerator Program

Frankfurt (Germany) & Nairobi (Kenya), August, 2021. GreenTec Capital is proud to share that our Kenya-based logistics-tech portfolio company, Amitruck, has been selected to join the Africa edition of the Beer Garage Accelerator Program of AB (Anheuser Busch) InBev.

The Beer Garage Accelerator focuses on solving complex real-world business problems for the AB InBev ecosystem,  drawing on solutions from across the Global Fintech, APAC, and African geographies.  Amitruck, a Nairobi-based start-up that offers a web-based solution for the challenging logistics environment in Kenya, was a natural choice based on the accelerator’s goals.

Amitruck was chosen from over 600 applicants based on its ability to demonstrate the business value & scalability of its solution, readiness to expand to new geographical regions, and strong product roadmap.

The Beer Garage Accelerator’s benefits include; networking with key executives and corporate partners from InBev’s global markets, potential opportunity for investment by InBev’s VC network & partners, and up to $50K paid engagements.
