The annual award showcases Africa’s best and brightest by recognising, honouring, and celebrating the achievements of those who go the extra mile in their endeavours and whose efforts positively affect the lives of others near and far.  TD was recognised in the “entrepreneurs” category with the other categories included; Leaders, Changemakers, Opinion Shapers, Creatives and Sportspeople. In particular, TD was recognised for his indefatigable work in nurturing of early-stage networks, citing his efforts in building and promoting Angel investment in Africa through ABAN and other synergistic activities in promoting entrepreneurship in Africa. To those who know his efforts, the recognition is long overdue.

TD said of this honour, “I am honoured and proud to be chosen among these 100 exceptional Africans by New African Magazine. Among my goals is continuing to nurture young companies that I hope will one day include a founder or founders that are included on this list.” GreenTec is extremely proud to see TD recognised and is very grateful for his contributions to our shared goal of empowering African start-up founders. Join us in congratulating him for this well-deserved achievement.
